Invited for this meeting
We keep a visitor's name, trade, mobile and who invited them, on the hosts' devices, so we can welcome them, call them on Friday and invite them back. Nothing goes anywhere else. Remove on any row deletes them for good — do it as soon as anybody asks, and clear anyone who has not come and will not.
